Metanet Tplatform Cloud Technical Support(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수하여 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하고 있습니다.
본 방침은 서비스 이용 시 수집되는 개인정보, 이용 목적, 보관 및 파기, 제3자 제공, 이용자의 권리 등을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

• 필수정보: 이름, 이메일, 회사명, 부서, 직급, 지역, 비밀번호
• 서비스 이용 기록(문의내역, 접속 로그, IP 등)
• 첨부파일(문의 등록 시)

2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적

• 회원가입 및 본인 확인
• 문의 등록, 처리 및 결과 안내
• 서비스 운영 및 통계, 보안 관리
• 법령상 의무 이행 및 분쟁 대응

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

• 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기(단, 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관 필요 시 해당 기간 동안 보관)
• 문의내역 등 서비스 이용 기록: 3년 또는 계약기간

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

• 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않음
• 법령에 의거하거나, 이용자의 동의가 있는 경우에만 제공

5. 개인정보 처리 위탁

• 서비스 운영 및 시스템 관리를 위해 일부 업무를 외부에 위탁할 수 있음
• 위탁 시 수탁자, 위탁업무 내용 등은 별도 안내

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

• 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 요청 가능
• 회원정보 수정 및 탈퇴는 마이페이지에서 직접 가능
• 기타 문의는 고객센터 또는 관리자에게 요청

• Required: Name, Email, Company, Department, Position, Region, Password
• Service usage records (inquiry history, access logs, IP, etc.)
• Attachments (when submitting an inquiry)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Membership registration and identity verification
• Inquiry registration, processing, and result notification
• Service operation, statistics, and security management
• Compliance with legal obligations and dispute response

3. Retention and Use Period

• Immediate destruction upon membership withdrawal (unless retention is required by law)
• Inquiry and service usage records: 3 years

4. Provision to Third Parties

• Not provided to external parties in principle
• Provided only when required by law or with user consent

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

• Some operations may be outsourced for service operation and system management
• Details of consignees and tasks will be notified separately if applicable

6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

• Request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information
• Edit or delete your information directly via My Page
